  • Select the option to speak to a customer service representative.
  • We will immediately bar the connection to prevent any further unauthorised use, and can also prevent the connection from receiving any of your incoming calls.
  • Once this is done you will need to decide if you need to get connected again immediately by having us transfer your number onto a new SIM Card. Once this is done the old SIM becomes completely inactive.

If you have a replacement SIM we can action this over the phone for you while you wait (the swap usually only takes a few minutes). If you need to purchase a replacement SIM you will need to do this from one of our Vodafone stores.

You can keep your existing phone number

With both Prepay and On Account so long as you can ID on the account, and have the correct blank replacement SIM we can swap your number onto the new SIM. If you are prepay and have bought a new connection pack we are unable to change the number to your old, or any other number. Just enquire at the store so that you get the correct SIM pack for your number - there are three different ones available.
